Demo of our MESS-AH BG Tone Match patches, based on our original Mesa Boogie (pre-MK1) for Fractal units.
Mesa Boogie got its start when Randall Smith began modifying Fender Princetons and converting them to 100w 1x12 combo amplifiers. It was a joke at first, but when Carlos Santana told Randall that the amp ‘really boogies’, he began producing them. It sounds like you might imaging a 100w Princeton to sound - vintage black-panel Fender tone, but just bigger. Way bigger.
