Often the real test of a pedal’s worth to me is whether or not it inspires me to make music. If it does that then I regard the pedal as a valuable asset. The Hologram Dream Sequence is one such pedal. Combining pitch shifting, step sequencing and a heap of peripheral features (drive, dry mix, MIDI, expression pedal control …) that open up all sorts of cool possibilities, the Dream Sequence is one part analog creativity box and one part digital marvel. In this video I’ve outlined just some of the Dream Sequence’s features but there are a heap of other great videos on Youtube that go further or show it in different applications which you would do well to watch. The Dream Sequence is a special pedal. Now, of course, I want to try their Infinite Jets. One day, hopefully. Have a great 2018 everyone and thanks for your support during 2017.
