In this Gear4music demo we take a look at the Xotic Effects EP Booster pedal.
The Xotic Effects EP Booster Pedal is based on the iconic Maestro Echoplex EP-3 that was famously used by guitar legends including Jimmy Page, Brian May and Eddie Van Halen. The EP Booster simply offers the pure Boost effect, with a single, transparent control knob for ease of use. With a bright blue LED and one footswitch, the EP Booster allows you to enhance your sound with huge amounts of boost, with simple, and easy control. Another convenient feature of the EP Booster Pedal is that it weighs in at a lightweight 260g and measures only 89mm (w) x 38mm (d) x 38mm (h); resulting in a small, yet powerful booster that can be added onto even highly populated pedalboards.
The EP Booster offers up to 20dB of boost for you to hit your amp even harder, and increase your level of volume and projection. For even further tonal shaping, the Xotic EP Booster is equipped with internal DIP switches that allow you to adjust boost frequencies and EQ settings.
The EP Booster Pedal might be small and appear limited, but it provides you with incredible volume, and enhanced tonal character that you will not be able to perform without.
