In this demo, Dagan puts the Yamaha APX500 MKIII to the test and shows s that you don’t have to spend a fortune to get a great quality, highly playable guitar. At just over £200 you get a fantastic gig-worthy guitar complete with System 66 preamp for a great live sound as well as lush tone woods to provide you with all the resonance and tonality you could want from an electro acoustic guitar.
A thin-line body makes the APX500 MKIII extremely easy to play and the cutaway design offers players easier access to the higher frets, making solos and those lead runs so much easier.
Improved resonance is achieved through the non-scalloped x-type bracing and the under-saddle piezo pickup developed by Yamaha, coupled with System 66 preamp and pickup system allows for fantastic live sound.
A cheap acoustic guitar that sounds fantastic whether you're plugged in to an amp or just strumming alone.
