The Joyo MW-1 is a great solution to converting XLR gear into wireless. For example in this video I show how I took the standard Shure SM58 and converted it into a wireless microphone. It is super easy to use. Also, it uses the superior 5.8GHz band to transmit the signal. I recommend this for anyone that likes their wired microphone, but would like to convert it into a wireless mic. It can also be used to wirelessly transmit an XLR signal to a speaker or other XLR device.
