Grab an old soldering iron tip and simply massage the plastic back together over itself. It's plastic welding. If you have holes to fill, you can just melt more plastic into the holes. It's super easy and seems to be a durable fix for a well worn case with a few cracks in the plastic. Best part is, the repair is almost invisible if you're paying clost attention to the surface finsih, you can kind of fudge the texture;-) You have nothing to lose and everything to gain from trying this repair...
