The way the Generator works allows you to exclude certain numbers and limit the range of numbers generated. The left numbers were set with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 15. The right numbers were set with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 and exclude all other numbers, this was to avoid completely nonsensical time signatures like 10-17 etc.
