Wildwood Guitars is proud to add the Jazzmaster to the Wildwood "10" Series from the Fender Custom Shop. First introduced at the 1958 NAMM Show, the Jazzmaster was initially designed and marketed to jazz guitarists, but quickly gained an impressive following with surf rock guitarists in the early 60s. The offset waist design was originally intended to be played sitting down, a common playing position for jazz guitarists. However, the unique design, similar to that of the Jaguar, gained massive popularity, and this solid body alternative to a jazz box took on a whole new following. The Wildwood "10" Jazzmaster features iconic Jazzmaster pickups, premium tone woods, 6105 frets, ultra-comfortable neck shapes, and of course, our signature 10" fretboard radius. Wildwood Guitars invites you to discover this classic favorite from a whole new perspective.
