This is the best sub $200/$99 USD (on sale) electric guitar I have tried in a long time from Artist Guitars. This is the Artist STH (L) Electric Guitar based on a Stratocaster.

This is the Artist STH (L) electric guitar and it's loaded with two single-coil pickups from Wilkinson and a Humbucker pickup in the bridge.

Artist guitars are very similar quality to guitars like Harley Benton and the Yamaha Pacifica line. This Strat-Style guitar is good enough for intermediate players to enjoy while being great for beginners. This might be the best electric guitar for $189 AUD (see links above for local areas).
