The Jubilee Silver Overdrive does the Pharaoh Pedals Marshall-esque thing and does it well. That's why I've teamed this one up with a worthy old Charvel that has classic JB and '59 Seymour Duncan Pickups - it's a rock machine! But hang on; this pedal says 'Gold' Overdrive. WTH? Apparently - and the guys at Alexander can advise us all on this - around 8-10 pedals went out with 'misprints'. Strangely, one of them found its way to me. I have no idea how, it just turned up unsolicited in the post one day. That makes me a Charlie Bucket of the pedal world, I guess, although no invitation to Alexander-ville has been forthcoming. Anyway, the pedal rocks. You can buy the Silver one online. Not so much the Gold version (which is exactly the same, I'm told).
