I found these 3 year old videos on my PC.
All amps and the Gibsons belong to a friend.

If anybody is wondering what a Jim Kelley Line amp (only 15 made) is – here is an explanation:
Overdrive sound of the Jim Kelley Single-Channel and FACS amps:
- First stage is kept very clean
- Power section is hit hard to achieve the beautiful and smooth Jim Kelley gain
- To adjust the volume you most likely need an attenuator :)
Overdrive sound of the Jim Kelley Line amp:
- First stage is kept very clean
- Inbuilt push-pull output section with an additional 12AX7 – signal sent “Line” back to the power section
- Power section can kept low and still get some nice Jim Kelley gain
- Sound will get into tone nirvana when combined with hitting the power section
- To adjust the volume you might need an attenuator :)
Jim Kelley wrote about his 3rd generation of amps:
"The preamp must have worked well enough because I decided to incorporate the idea into a new version of FACS amp I called the Line Amp. For this amp I devised a new tone control that became saddled with the inglorious misnomer 'Pre-EQ'. In production it in fact became a passive, infinitely variable, post distortion, LC mid-boost and cut EQ control. As far as I know, it was the first of it's kind."
Allan Holdsworth played one on his record "Metal Fatigue".
1976 Gibson Explorer and Jim Kelley Line amp with 4x12” H&H cabinet from mid 70ies loaded with stock Fane speakers of the time.
Some Clean and Gain samples of a Jim Kelley Line amp with no attenuation.
Hope you like it …
