On a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being "poor" and 5 being "exceeds expectations", where do most of your experiences fall? This is the simple story of one of those rare times when I was given a 5.
*After seeing dozens of comments either applauding or criticizing my stating my preference for the Blue Chip picks I feel I should add, this is not a video about a pick. It is a video about a life experience of mine, both with my family and with the Blue Chip company that exceeded my expectations.
It was not in any way my intention to say, "Go try this pick. It really worked for me." That would not be in keeping with what we try to do at five watt world and it is not what I'm going here either. Even when I do a specific review, I try to keep it in the context of the history of that piece of gear and its impact on music and the history of guitar gear development (see the Nobels video for an example of that.)
So do I really love my BC pick? I do. Am I telling you what you need to spend on picks to find that level of satisfaction, absolutely not. Thanks for understanding the difference.
I should say that I am not sponsored by Blue Chip nor was I given any products by them for review purposes.
