From the Archives is a series where we explore unique instruments and items from our company archives. In this episode, Paul Reed Smith and Marc Quigley explore the prototype builds for the Modern Eagle 1 and Modern Eagle V. Originally, Paul wanted the Modern Eagle guitars to be a hot-rodded PRS McCarty Model with nicer appointments. But over the years, the model has evolved into a proving ground for Paul and our company's more cutting-edge ideas.
