It's no small thing for me to say something is greatest of its kind that I've ever tried, but that's exactly how I feel about the Thorpy FX Fat General. The build is immaculate, tough and able to withstand the rigours of touring inside and out. Then there's the sound, the feel, the ultra low noise floor. Finish with two amazing 'modes' and throw in the legacy/pedigree of the infamous Dinosaural OTC-201and you have, folks, a winner. And a winner it truly is.
This is the Axe-FX III demo. I used the Axe because it's not adulterated by microphones (with can add compression). However, there is a Vibrolux Reverb demo (yep, a 'real' amp) at https://youtu.be/CQn3iEMJisg.
