My take:
The Park Theatre is a digital delay / reverb combo pedal designed by Mojo Hand FX to simulate the sound of playing in a theatre like the Park Theatre in Holland, MI. They created this pedal to help this non-profit theater with repairs - they are hoping to raise $50,000 for necessary improvements to the historic building. Mojo Hand FX is donating $50 from every pedal sold (or more if you pay more) directly to the Park Theatre. I absolutely LOVE what Mojo Hand is doing with this pedal, and I think we need more of this kind of thing in the world. Check out the pedal at the link above and show them some love!
