Fender.com recently cruised by the School of Rock in Scottsdale, Ariz., to catch up with a few of the students and hear about some of the challenges they've faced when learning to play guitar.
"I have a big guitar compared to me — it's like up to my chin," said 9-year-old Zane. "It's hard for my fingers to stretch out that far, but I like how — the funny feel of it when you put your fingers on the frets for the chords is really cool.
"When I start playing, it's like I'm in a different dimension kind of."
