I'm doing FAWM this year. This is actually the third song I've written this month, but I need to re-record the first two.
This is a very boring video and doesn't even show what my my hands are doing, but it's the only way I can get the vocals not to be too much louder than the guitar.
Lyrics:
Ten feet wide, twenty feet long
We sleep in the kitchen with our feet on the lawn
In the rowhouse me and my baby call home
Me and my gal we had us a ball
The neighbor raised a ruckus and he banged on the wall
In the rowhouse me and my baby call home
Bridge:
brown stone, marble stairs
Alley cats, big old rats
Now Al Capone and behive hair
Might be gone but we've still got the rats
Call up my buddy now guitar Joe
He and lady Katy gonna put on a show
In the row house me and my baby call home
We took a little walk down to Federal Hill
fell back up when we drank our fill
to the row house me and my baby call home
Bridge
Verse 1 with alteration
