I forgot to upload this one a couple of weeks ago so better late than never. Two Klon clones compared. On the left we have the formidable Studio Daydream KCM-OD Silver, built in Japan. The KCM-OD Silver is a no-fuss, straight-up clone that I would choose and use in a heartbeat if I needed a top-shelf clone without frills. They do a 'Gold' version too for those wanting a little more. On the right is Henrik Nordvang's Gravity; one half Klon clone, the other half TS10 clone. It has all the bells and whistles. Henrik, an ex B&O engineer, builds these one by one himself with zero compromise on parts and quality. They are priced accordingly and there's usually a wait list. I can tell you that they are worth the wait. Here, I run them in isolated FX loops with the Axe-FX III MKII as 'amp' and host. That puts them on as even keel as I could manage. The Nordvang obviously has a slightly different signal path (two switchable OD's) but it doesn't seem to make a significant difference. I won't go on or there will be spoilers. I'll let the video tell the rest of the story.
