Sofie is a Danish guitar player who took on the London stages as a freelance session guitarist in 2019. During university, Sofie kept busy by gigging across the UK playing in festivals such as Victorious, ArcTanGent, 2000 Trees and Innervisions, playing the O2 Shepherds Bush and award shows in Europe with international artists. Having worked with Grammy Award-winning producer Pete Smith (Stevie Wonder, The Police, Duran Duran, Cheryl Crow) and performing in the hugely successful 'SIX the Musical' in London's West End, she's currently playing guitar for artists such as Nonô, Antigoni, Cristina Hart, Lo Lauren, Bobbie Harvey and Loria Boban.
Rock and Shop is a new series featuring interviews with your favourite bands, artists and musicians. But this is so much more than a gear guide. This is your chance to hear about what gear these artists couldn’t live without, what gear they started with and what gear they rely on.
This is an insight into the products and instruments these bands and artists use or have used throughout the years, showcasing how you too can get hold of your favourite artists' gear.
