Reverb.com are one of the world's biggest markets for used musical gear. They are back at NAMM like the rest of us after a couple of years.
We caught up with Justin DeLay, Content/Curation/Marketing at Reverb to talk about how things are going. Obviously now they are part of the larger Etsy company, its got a bigger picture to be part of.
It a unique company as it has always been a place that is focussed on musical instruments. Starting out in guitars, they really focussed on electronic instruments.
Obviously the plan is ultimately World domination, but they still want to make it a user experience.
A new concept they are introducing a trade-in program to allow people to trade in their equipment. It makes sense, as they can bring more stock in to the sellers as well as enable people to trade-up.
