Here’s the Sirens, from Pine Box Customs. It’s a dual circuit (dirt and modulation) pedal that has some pretty unique characteristics. At it’s heart, you’ve got some really pretty chorus/vibrato sounds. It’s got your standard depth and rate controls for the LFO but there’s also a lag control that controls the sampling of your playing with a PT2399 delay chip. The dirt and mod circuits run in parallel and really do offer up a lot of options. Dang, the dirt circuit alone is pretty cool. It goes from a clean boost, to a little overdrive and then into a gross fuzz type sound. One of the coolest things about this pedal is the waveform control. It allows you to go from a triangle to square wave and everything in between. 50/50 mix will give you both waveforms at once, it’s rad. Check it!
