Plate reverb with studio-style controls reminiscent of era-defining sound of the 70s.
Plate reverb is an artificial effect that utilizes a large thin sheet of metal which vibrates sympathetically with sound waves that hit it. The Talisman condenses a 7 foot long sheet of metal into a compact box that leaves you warm and full bodied; ready for the road. It's dangerous to go alone!
The Talisman is equipped with studio style sidechain effects that are routinely paired with plates. These controls are PRE DELAY, which delays the reverb by an adjustable amount, and HIGH PASS, which rolls off the low frequencies of the reverb. Both of these controls allow you to tune the reverb, in order to keep it from interfering with the dry signal.
