Recently we teamed up with Andy Wood to create the ultimate distortion/overdrive combination. Combining reworked and refined versions of the Pinnacle and the Tumnus and adding in an extremely powerful noise gate to bring you the Tumnacle, available at retailers worldwide with many more videos and info at https://www.wamplerpedals.com/products/distortion-overdrive/andy-wood-gearbox/

The Gearbox contains two of our best loved drive circuits: the Tumnus and the Pinnacle. This combination makes the Gearbox one of my personal favorite dual pedals we've created.

A top-switchable stacking order control, dual inputs and outputs, a unique side-chained noise gate, and it looks SO good - check out those gorgeous knobs and the deep bronze-orange color.... luscious!

Channel 1 (based on the legendary Tumnus) is a staple in any rig, you know what it does - that lovely K-drive type thing! It's breathtaking to stack it with another pedal to help push or shape the total amount of gain, use it as a stand-alone overdrive, or as a slightly dirty boost, to push the front end of your amp over the edge.

Channel 2 (Based on the Pinnacle, one of my personal favorites) while traditionally known as being "the brown sound" it's actually capable of so much more! The three band EQ dials in a variety of tones while the *Side-Chained* noise gate keeps the clarity on point. Stack both channels together for tonal bliss - "warm, yet brutal grunt; delicate and controllable harmonic overtones; and beautifully defined distortion that cuts through the mix" as Premier Guitar put it.

The Order switch lets you select which pedal comes first in the signal chain. For more control and options, connect both sets of inputs and outputs to an external switcher to mix or match in parallel or series, or even use this as an effects loop and add additional pedals between the two channels!
