The Flux-Five offers an incredible range of stylistic options and gain ranges while the Five-Band Graphic EQ further expands it's versatility. This clip shows LO and HI modes delivering genuine classic rock gain sounds as well as showcasing the increased gain available in HI compared to the LO. The increase in Gain works great as a boost for single note solo work or anywhere you want more Gain in your music. The HI TRIM provides a Level Control for the HI Mode allowing you to balance the volumes between the HI & LO Modes -or- set HI higher for a level boost for solos or featured sections.
The end of the clip highlights the Five-Band Graphic EQ with a Mid increase and Treble roll-off, switched in for a darker, more compressed sound. This alternate EQ rock rhythm approach works exceptionally well for targeting the guitar in a band mix, especially for vintage rock sounds. This EQ curve also works extremely well for fine tuning more liquid and purring single note solo sounds.
