Say hi to the Slugwolf. Essentially a Direwolf but with two slug bobbins instead of a screw and a slug. These seem to tame the ice picky high end that the Direwolf can have (which I actually like in most scenarios) but keeps the dynamic and vocal-like midrange thanks to the Alnico V magnets, 43 AWG, scatter wound and slightly mismatched coils, and wax potting. 11.8k neck/13.8k bridge.
