I was born the same year as the Beatles. They are the music I think of when I remember being a boy, going to elementary school. They were the "old music" on the radio when I was in high school that always sounded fresh even up against things like the new Boston or Rush. How is that possible? Well to the extent that looking at the small number of instruments they used to make the magic they made can teach us anything...here goes. By far the last few years of the band are the ones that continue to touch me in a way they have no right to (ok, that came out a little weird, but you know what I mean.). So that's why I made this different sort of short history. I hope you enjoy it.
