Marc does not "drop the bass" in this demo. Instead, he holds it like a man and shows us hows its done. This 1973 Gibson Les Paul Signature Bass Goldtop (http://goo.gl/cwLn8g) is a must see! This gorgeous LP is accompanied by the classic Fender Bassman.
This Goldtop is a real beauty! The top has plenty of checking lines, a few dings and light scratches, as well as a patch of discoloration along the treble side f-hole, and a little wear along the edge of the bass side lower bout. There is a repaired pickguard crack along one of the screws. The back has a bit of buckle rash, but otherwise is holding up great! The sides show a bit of finish wear, most notably there is a bit of separation along the binding of the treble side cutaway horn that was reglued and is structurally sound. The neck is very clean for its age, with just one noticeable ding. The headstock only has a few minor dings, and a small bit of edge wear along the crown. This Les Paul bass is a dream come true!
