In this video we'll discuss a few of the quirky design features of an early 1930s Kay Kraft (formerly Stromberg-Voisinet and later just Kay). I'll show you what they look like with the neck and fretboard removed. We'll talk a little about the way the adjustable bolt-on neck operates, we'll talk about the best way to reattach a fretboard to a guitar neck, and finally we will demonstrate the sweet, complex tone of this obscure little pre-war gem.
