In this video, we'll look at a 1990s Ampeg AX Series 70W hybrid amplifier with a 12ax7 tube preamp and SS output. This one had a couple of bad electrolytic capacitors, one of which displayed outward signs of physical damage. The bad caps were causing the amp's volume to fade to nothing after being on a while. This is not an expensive amplifier, so only the known bad caps will will be replaced.
