The Two-Notes CAPTOR X is a compact reactive load box, attenuator and DI for a guitar tube or bass amplifier. Find out in this inside and out review how well it's made and how it sounds. At last an attenuator that is low cost and high quality.

Where is the Captor X made?
What is the inside quality like and is it safe?
Can I use this attenuator at home?
How loud can the Captor X be - is it controllable?
Is the Captor X set to a specific impedance?
Can the Captor X be used on any guitar amplifier?
What is the software like to use in real life - is it complex?
Can the software be used on Apple & Microsoft platforms?

The CAPTOR X used in this review has been purchased by me and this is a completely genuine review of the unit I paid for. Find out all the details about this unit and the supplied downloadable software, and of course how it all sounds. I used a Marshall JMP 100 tube amplifier head with a direct feed to the recording desk... no speakers involved! I used a slightly modified pre-set number 4 on the captor x and also show the amplifier settings I used - the amp was cranked to about 75%. While some might play better, at least you know that this review is genuine.
The Two-Notes Captor X breaks new ground for a low cost reactive load box that includes speaker simulation and even various effects. Find out how great it is here as I show you what others don't. No other review shows what I do in a down to earth 'ordinary user' way with my 'inside & out' review style. This is probably the most compact 100w reactive load box, attenuator and DI out there and sells for a really great street price.
