In this video we will follow the modification and repair of a 1960s Gibson Crestline era Falcon amp. Falcons can be somewhat thin and uninspiring in the Crestline era with factory wiring, but a few slight tweaks and they really come alive! We will fully discuss how to get the most out of one of these and compare a stock example to a couple that have had the mods. The mods really bring out the low end and give the amp balls! Definitely holds its own with Fender Deluxe Reverbs or Princeton Reverbs from the Blackface era!
